Crossroads Realty and Management offers a full range of residential and commercial management services. The process begins with long term leasing of unfurnished properties. Management services include a permanent staff providing handyman and house cleaning services, as well as a full roster of plumbers, electricians, roofers, and construction workers on call.

We carefully monitor all properties for preventive maintenance, anticipating problems before they become unmanageable. Computer generated monthly account ledgers are sent to each owner detailing all transactions for the month, as well as an annual summary for tax purposes. We visit each property regularly so that every owner, no matter where they live, can feel secure that their property is in good hands.
